Dear Brad,

Ron & I would like to thank you for all of your efforts in assisting our daughter, Tricia, in her first home purchase (a condo in South County) in June. Your were very patient and accommodating in showing Trish all of the condo's that you did. We feel that she made a good choice and seems to be "at Home" in her new residence. It looks like a new place after Ron & I painted, changed the carpeting, and installed a new ceiling fan in the kitchen.

The Crystal vase that you gave to Tricia for a housewarming gift was a very nice gesture for you to do. Thanks so much!

The best of luck to you in all of your endeavors. Again, we enjoyed working with you. It was a real p[leasure.

     We really felt comfortable having you at the walk thru. You have a keen eye in picking out, little things that need fixing.
